PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM WITH ORANGE PISTACHIO CRUMB TOPPING


Ingredients:

PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM, thawed

Glaze

1 cup fresh orange juice (from 2 oranges)
1/2 cup honey
1 tbsp rum

Crumb Topping

2 tbsp orange peel
1/4 cup chopped pistachio nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar

Procedure:

Pre-heat oven to 350 F. Combine crumb topping ingredients in a bowl. Press onto top surface of ham and bake ham for 20 to 30 minutes brushing occasionally with glaze. Glaze: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Allow to boil then simmer until mixture slightly thickens. Serve with ham.
