PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM WITH ORANGE PISTACHIO AND CREAM SPREAD


Ingredients:

1 (1.2 kg) pc PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM
1/2 cup brown sugar for dredging
1 (220 g) bottle MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE SPREAD
1/4 cup peeled and coarsely chopped pistachios
1/4 cup candied orange peel*

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Coat the fatty surface of ham with sugar. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes or until sugar has caramelized. Remove from heat and slice thinly.
  3. Mix cream cheese spread, pistachios and orange peel in a bowl. Transfer to a piping bag.
  4. Roll slices of ham into a cone shape and pipe spread into it. Garnish with additional fruits and peeled pistachios, if desired.
