PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM SLICES WITH PINEAPPLE GLAZE
- Prepare glaze by combining ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to a saucepan. Bring to boil then reduce heat to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until thick, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- Roll or fold ham slices and arrange on a platter. Drizzle glaze on ham. Sprinkle dried fruits and nuts of choice over ham. Serve extra glaze on the side.
*If blender is not available then substitute crushed pineapples
