Purefoods Fiesta Ham With Pandan And Coconut


  1. Glaze:
    Combine fresh coconut, honey and pineapple chunks. Set aside.
  2. Baking Solution:
    Boil water with pandan leaves and sugar for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  3. Place ham in a pyrex dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F. Allow to cool and glaze ham with prepared mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes. Garnish and serve.
