PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM WITH PANDAN AND COCONUT


Ingredients:

1(2.5 kg) pc PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM

GLAZE

1 1/2 cup fresh coconut
1 1/2 cup honey
1 1/2 cup pineapple chunks

BAKING SOLUTION

10 leaf pandan
2 cups water
1 cup sugar

Procedure:

  1. Glaze: Combine fresh coconut, honey and pineapple chunks. Set aside.
  2. Baking Solution: Boil water with pandan leaves and sugar for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
  3. Place ham in a pyrex dish and bake for 15 minutes at 350 F. Allow to cool and glaze ham with prepared mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes. Garnish and serve.
