PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM EGG SANDWICH

Ingredients:

20	slices	PUREFOODS FIESTA HAM CHICKEN
5	pcs	MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, hard-boiled, peeled and chopped
2	tbsp	pickle relish
1-1/2	cups	MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4	cup	capers
1/2	tsp	iodized fine salt
1/4	tsp	pepper
5	pcs	lettuce leaves
10	pc	sliced bread

Procedure:

Prepare ham slices on a tray. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix eggs, pickle relish mayonnaise, and capers. Season with salt and pepper. Chill.
To assemble, place lettuce on 5 pieces of bread. Evenly divide and spread the egg salad mixture, then top with ham slices. Sandwich with another piece of bread and cut into preferred portions.

Makes 5 sandwiches
