PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF AND POTATO PUFF


Ingredients:

1 (180 grams) can PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF
1 (100 g) pc onion, chopped
2 (100 g each) pc potatoes, boiled and flesh scooped
2 tsp cooking oil
1 (185 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grate to have 2 tbsp, then slice remaining to make 6 sticks

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven toaster to medium setting.
  2. Meanwhile, sauté onion until tender. Add corned beef, scooped potato flesh and grated cheese. Set aside.
  3. Fill potato shells with corned beef mixture. Arrange cheese sticks on top. Wrap shells with aluminum foil.
  4.   Toast for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 2-3 servings.
