CHUNKEE CORNED BEEF SPREAD


Ingredients:

1 (350 g) can PUREFOODS CHUNKEE CORNED BEEF
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 cloves minced garlic
3/4 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG, boiled, peeled and chopped

Procedure:

  1. Warm corned beef in the microwave or pan. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix garlic, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, and pepper and then add corned beef and egg. 3. Serve with bread.

Makes 10 servings.
(Yield: About 1-1/3 cups/2 tbsp per serving)
