BACON PESTO MACARONI SALAD


Ingredients:

1 pack (400 g) PUREFOODS CLASSIC HONEYCURED BACON, cooked according to package direction
1/4 cup store-bought pesto
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 kg macaroni noodles, cooked according to package directions

Procedure:

  1. Chop cooked bacon into 1 inch slices. Set aside half of the bacon.
  2. In a bowl, mix pesto and mayonnaise.
  3. Add macaroni, bacon, and toss until well-coated. Chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving. Top with remaining bacon. 

Makes 6 servings
