PULLED PORK GARDEN RICE BOWL


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
3 cups cooked rice
1 (185 g) can PUREFOODS PULLED PORK BBQ ASIAN STYLE
1 (100 g) pc carrot, thinly sliced
1/2 cup corn kernels
1 (100 g) pc cucumber, thinly sliced
2 (100 g) pc tomato, thinly sliced
1/2 (100 g) pc purple cabbage, thinly sliced

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and fry rice. Add pulled pork, carrot and corn. Mix well.
  2. Portion rice into 4 bowls. Top with cucumber, tomato and cabbage.
Makes 4 servings.
