PULLED PORK CUA PAO


Ingredients:

10 pc store bought cua pao buns, slit open
1 (210 g) can PUREFOODS PULLED PORK BBQ PINOY STYLE, heat either thru microwave or pan
1 (100 g) pc carrot, shredded/ cut into thin strips
1/2 (15 g) bundle wansoy (coriander), use tender leaves and stalks only
1 (20 g) small bundle green onions, sliced diagonally 1/2 inch long

Procedure:

  1. Steam cua pao buns.
  2. Fill with pulled pork, carrot, wansuy and green onions.
Makes 10 servings.  Tip/s:
  • Option to add more like shredded cucumber and cabbage.
  • Option to use other bread: French bread, ciabatta, pandesal
