POTATO VIENNA SALAD


Ingredients:

1 (230 g) can PUREFOODS VIENNA SAUSAGE, drained and each cut into 4
5 pc medium potatoes, boiled, peeled and cubed
1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
2 stalks celery, sliced diagonally
1 (100 g) pc red bell pepper, diced and blanched
1 (100 g) pc green bell pepper, diced and blanched
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1 tsp iodized fine salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup diced MAGNOLIA CHEDDAR CHEESE

Procedure:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 2. Mix well.
3. Chill and serve cold.
