POTATO AND SAUSAGE CASSEROLE


Ingredients:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI-OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
1 (150 g) pc white onion, sliced
5 cloves garlic, chopped
3 (100 g each) pc PUREFOODS DELI HUNGARIAN SAUSAGES, sliced
4 (80 g each) pc potatoes, diced
2 (250 mL each) packs MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE CREAM
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1 cup cornflakes
1/4 cup melted MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure:

  1. Set oven toaster to high.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté onion and garlic for 1 minute.
  3. Add sausages and potatoes. Sauté until brown.
  4. Pour cream and simmer for 5 minutes. Transfer to an oven proof dish and top with cheese and cornflakes.
  5. Bake in the oven toaster for 10-15 minutes or until top surface turns brown.
Makes 5 servings.
