Potato Bread

Procedure:

  1. Combine 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Set aside.
  2. Mix mashed potatoes in milk, water and margarine.
  3. On low speed, gradually beat potato mixture into dry ingredients. Add eggs, beat for 2 minutes.
  4. Add remaining flour, 1 cup at a time to form a soft dough.
  5. Cut and form into desired shapes. Cover and let rise for 1 hour. Place baking tray. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
