PORK STEAKS WITH CREAMY MASH


Ingredients:

5 (100 g each) pc MONTEREY PORK STEAKS
3 tbsp liquid seasoning
1/2 tsp pepper
3 tbsp cooking oil

MASH:

1/2 kg yellow kamote, washed, boiled and peeled
1 (250 mL) pack MAGNOLIA ALL-PURPOSE CREAM
1/4 tsp iodized fine salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. Marinate pork in liquid seasoning and pepper for 15 minutes. Fry by batch in hot oil then set aside.
  2. Mash kamote using a masher or forks. Add cream, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Arrange mashed kamote on a platter then top with pork steaks.
Makes 6 servings.
