PORK AND SHRIMP SIOMAI


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MONTEREY GROUND PORK
50 g pork fat, chopped
1/4 cup chopped onion
3/4 cup grated singkamas
3/4 cup chopped shiitake mushrooms
1/4 kg shrimps, peeled and chopped
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 (40 pc) pack wanton wrappers
5 pc calamansi
1/4 cup soy sauce

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except molo wrapper. Mix well.
  2. Place about 1 teaspoon of the mixture at the center of each molo wrapper. Form into dumplings.
  3. Transfer to steamer. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with soy sauce and calamansi juice.
