PORK KATSU BAO


Ingredients:

1 (500g) pacl PUREFOODS CRISP 'N JUICY PORK KATSU, cooked according to package directions, cut in half
14 pc steamed buns (bao buns), split horizontally
1 head Iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded

Vegetables

1 (60g) pc carrot, sliced into thin strips
1 (50g) pc cucumber, sliced into thin strips
1 (20g) stalk coriander (wansoy), trimmed

Tangy Mayo

1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/4 cup Gojuchang paste

Procedure:

  1. Combine mayonnaise and Gochujang paste in a small bowl. Stir until well combined.
  2. Spread tangy mayo evenly on inside of buns. Place pork katsu and then top with carrot, cucumber and coriander. Cover with top buns.

 

Makes 7 servings

(Yield: 14 pc bao buns/2 pc bao buns per serving)
