PORK EMBUTIDO


Ingredients:

1/2 kg MONTEREY GROUND PORK
1 can (210 g) PUREFOODS VIENNA SAUSAGE, drained and mashed
1/4 cup raisins
3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1/2 pack (of 160 g) MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated
1 pc (30 g) green bell pepper, chopped (2 tbsp)
1 pc (50 g) carrot, chopped or grated (1/4 cup)
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Place every 1 cup of mixture in aluminum foil or plastic film wrap. Roll tightly and seal ends.
  3. Place rolled embutido in a prepared steamer and cook for 1 hour. Cool, slice, then serve.

Makes 5 rolls.
