PORK BBQ RICE


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack MONTEREY PORK TENDERLOIN BBQ SKEWERS, remove from skewers
3 tbsp MAGNOLIA NUTRI OIL COCONUT VEGETABLE OIL
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup store bought gravy or prepared instant gravy (you may also search for "Classic Gravy" in our recipes section)
1/4 cup frozen corn kernels
5 cups cooked rice

Procedure:

  1. Sauté BBQ pieces in hot oil until cooked.
  2. Add in garlic followed by prepared gravy and corn. Simmer for 1 minute.
  3. Add rice. Mix well.
Makes 5 servings. Tip/s: 
  • Add or substitute carrots, Baguio beans, peas, broccoli, cauliflower and/or bell peppers.
  • Serve ala bento. Mold it into fun shapes and decorate with other food items.
  • If BBQ is too chunky, dice it.
  • Best to use chilled day old rice.
  • Garnish with snipped parsley.
