Ingredients:
15 | pc | pandesal, halved |
1/2 | cup | sliced red and green bell peppers |
1 | pack 9250 g) | PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, sliced |
50 | grams | red and green bell peppers, sliced (about 1/2 cup) |
1 | pack (160 g) | MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated |
2 | tbsp | DARI CREME CLASSIC |
1 | pc (80 g) | onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup) |
1 | clove | garlic, minced (1 tsp) |
2 | cups | tomato sauce |
1 | tbsp | sugar |
1 | tsp | iodized fine salt |
1/2 | tsp | pepper |
1 | tsp | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | tsp | liquid seasoning |
Procedure:
For the sauce:
1. To make sauce, in a pot, sauté onion and garlic in margarine.
2. Add the rest of sauce ingredients. Let simmer, stirring occasionally, and then set aside.
3. Brush about 1 tablespoon of prepared sauce on split side of pandesal.
4. Arrange bell peppers and ham, then top with grated cheese.
5. Bake at 350oF for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
