PIZZA PAN DE SAL


Ingredients:

15 pc pandesal, halved
1/2 cup sliced red and green bell peppers
1 (250 g) pack PUREFOODS SWEET HAM, sliced
1 (165 g) pack MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE , grated

SAUCE:

2 tbsp MAGNOLIA DARI CREME
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups tomato sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp iodized fine salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp liquid seasoning

Procedure:

For the sauce:
  1. Saute garlic and onions in Dari Creme. Add the rest of sauce ingredients. Let simmer and set aside.
  2. Brush about 1 tablespoon of prepared sauce on split side of pandesal.
  3. Arrange bell peppers and ham, then top with grated cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 F for 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Makes 30 pieces.
