PINOY PANCAKES


Ingredients:

1/4 cup (45 g) STAR MARGARINE CLASSIC plus extra for brushing pan
1 pack (200 g) MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS, batter prepared according to package directions
2 tbsp sugar

Procedure:

  1. Wipe pan with some margarine and cook every 1/4 cup of pancake batter.
  2. On each prepared pancake, slather about 1 tbsp margarine then sprinkle about 1/2 tbsp sugar all over. Serve.
Makes 4 servings.
(Yield: 4 pc/ 1 pc per serving)
