PINOY NACHOS


Ingredients:

15 pc lumpia wrappers, sliced into large squares
2 cups cooking oil
1 (210g) can PUREFOODS PULLED PORK PINOY STYLE
1 (100 g) pc red onion, minced
4 (50g) pc tomatoes, sliced
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE
1/2 cup store-bought aioli sauce
1 pc yellow mango, cubed

Procedure:

  1. Deep fry lumpia wrappers in hot oil until golden brown and crispy. Drain off excess oilon paper towels.
  2. Heat pulled pork in a pan or microwave. Set aside.
  3. Arrange lumpia chips on a plate. Top with onion, tomatoes, pulled pork, cheese, aioli and mango.

Makes 6 servings.
