PINOY BOLA-BOLA


Ingredients:

1/2 cup
1 cup
1/4 kg
1 pack
1/2 cup
1 pc
4 tbsp
1 pc
2 cloves
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/2 tsp

Procedure:

  1. Mix WANDAH ALL AROUND SWEET TOMATO CATSUP MIX with water until smooth.
  2. Combine meatball ingredients in a bowl. Form every tablespoon into balls. About 20 g.
  3. Roll meatballs in bread crumbs and chill for 1-2 hours.
  4. Fry meatballs in oil over medium heat until golden brown. Drain excess oil on paper towels.
Serving: 5 Tip/s: You can also use MONTEREY CHICKEN STATION GROUND LEAN CHICKEN as an alternative.
