PINIPIG POLVORON


Ingredients:

2 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
2 cups powdered milk
1 cup sugar
1 cup store bought pinipig or rice crispies
2 (200 g) packs MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS! SALTED, melted

Procedure:

  1. Toast flour in pan until light brown in color.
  2. Remove from heat and add powdered milk, sugar and pinipig or rice crispies. Mix until well blended.
  3. Add melted Butter-licious! Mix well.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes then pack mixture in polvoron molder 1 or 2 inches in diameter. Wrap in cellophane.

Makes 38 pieces (2 inch mold) or 75 pieces (1 inch mold).
