PININYAHANG MANOK


Ingredients:

1 pack MAGNOLIA CHICKEN 3-WAY GATA
2 tbsp GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
1-1/2 cups water
1 (200 g) pack pineapple tidbits in syrup
1/4 cup evaporated milk

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, brown chicken in hot oil.
  2. Pour water. Cover and let simmer for 15 minutes.
  3. Add pineapple tidbits and milk.
  4. Simmer covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until sauce starts to slightly thicken.
Makes 3-5 servings.
