PICHI-PICHI WITH CHEESE


Ingredients:

650 g cassava, grated (3 cups)
2 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 (5 g) tsp lihia (wood ash lye)
1 (160 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE, grated

Procedure:

  1. Combine cassava, water, sugar and lihia. Mix well until blended.
  2. Place in two 4x2-inch round pans or in muffin cups.
  3. Steam for 30 to 45 minutes or until done. Let cool then roll in grated cheese.

Makes 10-12 servings.
