PEPPERED PORK STEAK WITH CREAMY GRAVY


Ingredients:

2 pc MONTEREY PEPPERED PORK CHOPS
3 tbsp cooking oil
2 tbsp MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS!
1 tbsp chopped garlic
2 (20g) pack store bought gravy (you may also search for "Classic Gravy" in our recipes section)

Procedure:

  1. Fry pork chops in oil then set aside on a platter.
  2. In the same pan, add Butter-licious! and sauté garlic. Add gravy mix. Simmer once.
  3. Pour on top of fried peppered pork. Serve with mashed potato or Rice.
Makes 2 servings.
