PEANUT BUTTER REINDEER POPS


Ingredients:

Graham Cracker Sandwich

1 (200 g) pack graham crackers
1/3 cup SKIPPY® CREAMY PEANUT BUTTER

Decor

2 cups dark chocolate chips, melted
16 pc store bought pretzels, cut into half
8 pc store bought red jelly bean candy
16 pc store bought candy eyes

Procedure:

  1. Flatten to about 1-1/2 inches one end of paper straw. Set aside. Press an oval cookie cutter on top of each graham cracker and cut. Reserve crumbs for later use. Cut out 16 oval shaped graham crackers.
  2. Spread about 1 teaspoon of peanut butter on each oval graham cracker.
  3. Set flattened end of straw on one cracker. Add another cracker, peanut butter-side down, on-top. Repeat with remaining crackers.
  4. Dip graham cracker sandwich into the melted chocolate, then remove excess chocolate and set it on baking sheet lined with baking/wax paper. Decorate each with pretzels (as antlers), jelly bean (nose) and candy eyes (eyes).
  5. Finely crush excess and remaining graham crackers. Place inside a glass jar then stick in the the reindeer pops.

Makes 16 pieces.
