PEANUT BUTTER PASTILLAS


Ingredients:

1/2 jar SKIPPY CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER
1-3/4 cups powdered milk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 (300 mL) can condensed milk
1/2 cup sugar

Procedure:

  1. Combine peanut butter, powdered milk, and powdered sugar. Add condensed milk and mix thoroughly.
  2. Scoop every 1 teaspoon and form into balls. Dredge in sugar before wrapping in cellophane wrapper. Store in an airtight container.

Makes 65 pieces.

(Yield: 65 pc/3 pc per serving)

Tip/s:

  • Store in an airtight container. If kept in the chiller, it will keep for 1-1/2 months and at room temperature, it will keep for 1 month.
