PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES


Ingredients:

1-1/4 cups MAGNOLIA ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup baking soda
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA BAKER'S BEST MARGARINE
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGG
1 tsp vanilla extract

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease cookie sheet. Set aside. Sift dry ingredients. Set aside.
  2. Cream margarine, sugar and peanut butter until light in color. Add egg and vanilla. Beat at low speed. Gradually pour dry ingredients to margarine mixture. Mix well. Drop tablespoons of batter onto cookie sheet with 1" space.
  3. Bake for 12 minutes or until done.
Makes 25-30 pieces.
