PANCIT CANTON


Ingredients:

2 tbsp STAR MARGARINE GARLIC
2 (150 g each) kilo PUREFOODS CHICKEN IN BROTH
1 liter water
200 g canton noodles
1 (100 g) pc carrot, sliced
1 cup chopped pechay
1/8 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp pepper

Procedure:

  1. In a hot pan melt margarine. Stir-fry chicken, add water and let simmer. Add noodles and cook until liquid is absorbed.
  2. Mix in carrots and cabbage. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
Makes 5 servings.
