PANCAKE TWIRLS


Ingredients:

1 (200 g) pack MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH MAPLE SYRUP
3/4 cup water
1/2 L cooking oil
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder (optional)
fresh fruits (optional)

Procedure:

  1. Combine pancake plus and water and mix very well until smooth. Heat oil until ready for deep frying.
  2. Place batter in a piping bag or a funnel. Form mixture into a twirl over hot cooking oil. Cook until golden brown.
  3. Drain on paper towels and transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle with syrup, sprinkle cinnamon powder, and serve with fresh fruits. 

Makes 5 servings.
