PANCAKE SKEWERS

Ingredients:

1 (480 g)	pack	MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH MAPLE SYRUP, prepare batter according to package directions
		MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH MAPLE SYRUP
1/2	kg	PUREFOODS TENDER JUICY HOTDOGS COCKTAIL
3	tbsp	cooking oil
1	pc	kiwi, cut into four
8-10	pc	BBQ skewers

Procedure:

Pour about a tablespoon of batter onto a non-stick frying pan to make dollar pancakes. Do the same to the rest of the batter until 24 pieces of pancakes are made.
Pan-fry hotdogs in oil for about 1 minute. Set aside.
To assemble, skewer kiwi, pancake and hotdog consecutively. Repeat the procedure for up to 3 times ending with the sliced kiwi on top. Continue with the remaining ingredients.

Makes 8-10 servings.
