PANCAKE BOARD


Ingredients:

1 pack (200 g) MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH CHOCOLATE SYRUP
2 tbsp
1 pack (160 g)
2 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, cooked scrambled
1 cup (141 g)
2-3 pc (100 g each) lakatan bananas, sliced diagonally
1/3 cup (57 g) chocolate chips

Procedure:

  1. Prepare pancake batte according to package directions and then mix in bacon.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle on medium-low heat.
  3. Pour every 2 tablespoons of batter onto pan. Cook pancakes on both sides until lightly browned about 45 seconds on each side. Set aside.
  4. Arrange pancakes, chocolate syrup, cheese slices, scrambled eggs, fruits and chocolate chips on a board. Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings
(Yield: 8 pc/2 pc per serving)

TIP/S:

  1. Place some ingredients in interesting bowls of different sizes for height and contrast.
  2. Sprinkle bananas with calamansi juice or soak bananas in fruit syrup to prevent browning.
