PAN-FRIED TERIYAKI PORK STEAKS


Ingredients:

5 pc MONTEREY PORK STEAKS
1 tbsp DARI CREME CLASSIC
1 tbsp cooking oil

Marinade

1/3 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp grated ginger
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame seeds

Procedure:

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients. Mix well.
  2. Marinate pork steaks for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. In a frying pan, heat margarine and oil. Drain pork steaks from marinade and pan-fry over moderate heat until well done.
Makes 5 pieces.
