3 cups water
1 (180 g) can tuna chunks in oil
2-1/2 tbsp patis
100 g Baguio beans, sliced thinly

(Yield: 6 cups/1 cup per serving)

Tip/s:

  • Substitute brown rice for white rice for more fiber but soak brown rice first in water for about 30 minutes or longer to soften grains.
