Ingredients:
1 | bar (200 g) | MAGNOLIA BUTTER-LICIOUS! SALTED |
1/2 | cup (78 g) | chopped button mushrooms |
1 | pack (225 g) | MAGNOLIA CREAM CHEESE, softened |
2 | pc | MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, use egg yolks only |
1/2 | pc (15 g) | white onion, chopped |
10 | pc (320 g) | toasted bread slices/rounds or crackers |
Procedure:
1. Melt butterblend in a pan.
2. Sauté mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, egg yolks and onion. Add mushrooms and mix well.
4. Spread mushroom mixture on bread and toast for 2 to 4 minutes.
5. Serve warm.
Makes 5 to 6 servings.
