MONTECRISTOCINO


Ingredients:

3 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS, beaten
1/2 tsp iodized fine salt
5 tbsp MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
10 slices white bread
1 pack (500 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS TOCINO, cooked according to package directions and cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated
1/4 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED

Procedure:

  1. Combine eggs and salt. Mix well and set aside.
  2. To assemble, spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on 1 slice of bread, add a fifth portion of tocino and cheese then top with another slice of bread. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
  3. Melt butter in a pan over medium heat. Dip both sides of sandwich in egg mixture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side. 
Makes 5 servings
(Yield: 5 sandwiches/1 pc per serving)
