MILKY WHITE FILLED DORAYAKI

Ingredients:

1 (480 g)	pack	MAGNOLIA PANCAKE PLUS WITH MAPLE SYRUP
1	cup	water
2	tbsp	cocoa powder
1/3	cup	chocolate spread
1 (235 g)	pack	MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE MILKY WHITE SPREAD
2	tsp	powdered sugar, for dusting

Procedure:

In a bowl, whisk together pancake mix, water, cocoa and chocolate spread.
In a non-stick pan, pour every 2 tbsp of batter and cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side over low heat or until pancake has set. Cool pancakes and set aside.
On 8 pancakes, spread cheese spread. Cover with remaining pancakes to make sandwiches. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

Makes 8 sandwiches.
