MEXICANA CHORI BURGERS


Ingredients:

3 tbsp GOLDEN FRY PALM OIL
5 pc monay or dinner rolls, split in half
5 pc CHEF’S SELECTION CHORIZO HAMONADO PATTY
1/3 cup store bought salsa
1 cup tortilla chips
1 (120 g) pack MAGNOLIA CHEEZEE SQUEEZE

Procedure:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry patties for 2minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and cover with foil to keep it warm.
  2. To assemble, on bottom half of monay or dinner roll, arrange patty, some salsa then top with tortilla chips. Generously drizzle with cheese sauce. Close sandwiches with top half of monay or dinner rolls.

Makes 5 servings

Yield: 5 sandwiches
