MEDITERRANEAN BUTTER


Ingredients:

1 (100 g) bar MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER UNSALTED, softened
1 tbsp finely chopped green olives
1 tsp finely chopped capers
1 tsp finely chopped onions
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp cumin

Procedure:

  1. Combine all ingredients. Blend well. Leave for 30 minutes in the chiller before spreading.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
