Ingredients:
1 | pc (50 g) | onion, sliced |
3 | cloves | garlic, chopped |
3 | tbsp | cooking oil |
1 | pack (200 g) | tomato sauce |
1 | can (284 g) | button mushrooms pieces and stems, drained |
1 | can (210 g) | PUREFOODS CORNED BEEF MECHADO |
1 | cup | MAGNOLIA FULL CREAM MILK |
2 | tbsp | soy sauce |
iodized fine salt and pepper to taste | ||
300 | grams | penne pasta, cooked according to package directions |
Procedure:
1. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic in oil.
2. Add tomato sauce and let simmer for 10 minutes over low heat.
3. Add mushrooms, corned beef, milk, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Simmer once.
4. Toss in cooked pasta and serve.
