MEATY CHICKEN AGLIO OLIO


Ingredients:

1 pack (400 g) MAGNOLIA CHICKEN TIMPLADOS LONGANISA
3/4 cup olive oil
2 heads (104 g) garlic, minced
1-1/2 tbsp chili pepper flakes
5 pc (2.5 g) fresh basil leaves, chopped (2 tbsp) or 2 tsp ground basil
1/2 kg spaghetti pasta, cooked according to package directions
1 pack (160 g) MAGNOLIA QUICKMELT CHEESE, grated

Procedure:

  1. In a nonstick pan, remove longanisa from casing and saute in its own fat over medium heat until cooked through. Crumble while cooking.
  2. Add olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, and basil and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Toss in pasta and cheese. Mix well.

Makes 9 servings.

Tip/s:

  • Garnish with toasted garlic and fried basil leaves.
