MEAT-FREE WELLINGTON


Ingredients:

2 packs (200 g each) VEEGA MEAT-FREE BURGER PATTY
1/4 cup (39 g) canned button mushrooms, drained and chopped
4 pc store-bought puff pastry sheets 8x8-inch
1/4 cup DARI CRÈME MARGARINE, melted
1 can (397 g) cranberry sauce

Procedure:

1. Preheat oven to 200oC (392oF).
2, Top each thawed patty with mushrooms and then completely cover with pastry dough. Seal ends and tuck under pastry.
3. Brush dough with melted margarine.
4. Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
5. Serve with cranberry sauce.

Makes 4 servings.
