MEAT-FREE SISIG RICE BAKE


Ingredients:

2 (200 g each) packs VEEGA MEAT-FREE GINILING
1 (100 g) pc onion, chopped
1 (5 g) pc chilli finger pepper (siling haba), sliced
1-1/2 (28.5 g) tbsp liquid seasoning
4 (40 g) pc calamansi, juice squeezed (1-1/2 tbsp)
1 cup MAGNOLIA REAL MAYONNAISE
1/8 tsp pepper
4 cups cooked rice

Procedure:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except rice. Mix well.
  3. In an 8x5x2 inch ovenproof dish, add rice and spread evenly. Top with sisig mixture.
  4. Bake for 10-15 minutes. 

Makes 8 servings.
(Yield: 6 cups or pc/ 3/4 cup per serving)
