MEAT-FREE ADOBO FLAKES SILOG


Ingredients:

1 pack (160 g) VEEGA MEAT-FREE ADOBO FLAKES
4 pc MAGNOLIA BROWN EGGS
1 tbsp MAGNOLIA FRESH MILK
1/8 tsp iodized fine salt
pinch pepper
1/4 cup DARI CREME CLASSIC
4 cups cooked rice
1 pc (50 g) cucumber, sliced
3 pc (120 g) tomatoes, sliced

Procedure:

1. Cook meat-free adobo flakes according to package instructions. Set aside and keep warm.
2. Mix eggs and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
3. Using the same pan, melt margarine and pour in egg mixture. Let mixture set and then gently scramble until cooked through. Set aside and keep warm.
4, On individual plates or bowls, place rice and then top with meat-free adobo flakes, and scrambled eggs. Garnish with cucumbers and tomatoes. Serve while hot.

Makes 2-4 servings.

Note/s:

  • Serve with sinangag (fried rice) instead of plain cooked rice.
