Maruya With Wandah Caramel Sauce


  1. Mix together flour, cream, eggs, water, sugar and bananas.
  2. In a pan, fry 1/2 cup of banana mixture in oil per portion over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
  3. To make the caramel sauce, combine the sugar and water in a pan over medium heat. When syrup turns amber or light brown in color, add cream and margarine.

Makes 6 servings. (Yield: 6 pcs maruya; 1 cup of caramel sauce)

TIPS: You may add 1/2 cup of sliced langka for more flavor.
