MANGO STREUSEL BARS
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9”x 13” pan with baking paper. Set aside
- Cream margarine and sugar using a mixer with paddle attachment until light in color. Gradually add flour alternately with water. Mix until a dough is formed.
- Divide dough into two parts and transfer one part to the prepared pan and press firmly using the back of the spoon. Bake for 20 minutes, and then cool before placing the topping.
- Spread mango preserve evenly on the surface of the crust. Top with remaining dough and bake for another 10 minutes or until done. Cool completely before cutting into equal portions.
