MANGO STREUSEL BARS
- Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a 9”x 13” pan with bake paper, set aside
- Cream margarine and sugar until light in color. Gradually add flour alternately with water.
- Divide the dough into two parts and transfer one part to the prepared pan and press it firmly using the back of the spoon. Bake it for 20 minutes, and then cool before placing the topping.
- Spread mango preserve evenly on the surface of the crust. Top with remaining dough and bake for another 10 minutes or until done. Cool completely before cutting into equal portions.
