MANGO AND PILI ICE CREAM PIE


Ingredients:

2 cup crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup MAGNOLIA GOLD BUTTER, melted
1 (1.5 L) tub MAGNOLIA ICE CREAM BEST OF THE PHILIPPINES MANGO DARK CHOCOLATE
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup pili nuts
1/2 cup dried mangoes, chopped

Procedure:

  1. In a bowl, combine crackers, sugar and melted butter. Mix well.
  2. Use mixture to line a pie plate or a removable bottom cheesecake pan. Chill and set aside.
  3. Soften ice cream slightly and spread onto prepared crust. Top with whipped cream, pili nuts and dried mangoes.
  4. Freeze immediately. Slice and serve.
Makes 8-10 servings.
