MAMI MIA


Ingredients:

3 packs Instant mami noodles
2 (150g each) cans PUREFOODS CHICKEN HOT & SPICY
1/4 kg Baguio pechay, sliced or shredded (3-1/2 cups)

Procedure:

  1. Boil 6 cups water and add instant mami noodles and chicken. Cook for 3 minutes. Add pechay just before turning off heat.
  2. Add mami seasonings. Serve.
Makes 8 servings. (Yield: 8 cups/1 cup per serving)
